End-users Fiori Training program
The goal of providing Fiori interface training for S/4HANA end-users is to empower them to use the interface effectively, improve their productivity and satisfaction, and drive better business outcomes.
Our training program includes 3 phases:
1.
Usage history analysis of SAP GUI transactions
The first phase of the training is to analyze quickly which SAP GUI transactions end-users are used to using in the legacy system with statistics available in the productive system.
This analysis will help us to:

map end-users activities with SAP GUI transactions and Fiori application purposes for trainings.

prepare a training plan and determine who will be the participants in the differents training sessions.

identify if the minimal set of Fiori applications to accomplish business processes are deployed.
Fiori discovery sessions of all added values of new functionalities

During this phase, we will show all new functionalities with added values in comparison to the SAP ECC version.

This demonstration includes the following business lines:

Finance: general/ledger journal, account payable, account receivable, asset accounting and treasury for cash and liquidity management

Purchasing: business partner, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice verification

Logistics: stock managing and monitoring in different stock types, physical movement and counting, reservation and availability monitoring)

Controlling: WBS, cost center (plan/actual), internal order (plan/actual), master data

Sales and distribution: managing sales contracts, sales orders, outbound delivery and billing document

Deliver scenarios to create and monitor Sap documents with Fiori application
During this essential phase, we will provide for end-users a list of scenarios in order to create and monitor a SAP document. These scenarios can include:

Role-based scenarios: these scenarios are tailored to the specific job roles of end-users, such as accountants, procurement specialists, or sales representatives. They demonstrate how Fiori can be used to perform specific tasks and workflows relevant to the end-user's job.

Process-based scenarios: these scenarios demonstrate how Fiori can be used to streamline and automate business processes, such as purchase-to-pay or order-to-cash. They provide end-users with an understanding of how Fiori can be used to optimize business operations.

Analytics-based scenarios: these scenarios demonstrate how Fiori can be used to provide end-users with real-time analytics and insights into business data, allowing them to make informed decisions based on current and accurate information.
By providing end-users with these scenarios, they will gain a better understanding of how Fiori can be used to improve their work processes and make their jobs easier. This will increase their motivation to use Fiori and help them see the value of the new interface.
